School of
Higher Education began operations in 1998 as a provider of
premium quality tertiary educational solutions. We gained
accreditation from the Association of Business Executives in
London to provide tuition for the ABE Business
Administration
Programmes. Our very first year of operations saw us produce a
phenomenal success rate of 98%.
Highered
expanded even further with some of our clients seeking our
services to provide in-house training for their companies. Our
focus, was strictly then, on management development. This
started our endeavors into the arena of short seminars and
courses ranging from computer based solutions in addition to
Logistics and Project Management.
The year 2000, our affiliation grew even more as we were
granted accreditation to run the ABE Business Information
Systems courses and in 2003, the accreditation for the
Practitioners Diploma in Human Resource Management. Our mission
was re-emphasised when one of our students was awarded the WORLD
PRIZE award in Human Resource Management from among one hundred
and forty countries world wide.
We also gained the Caribbean accreditation for the world
prestigious and internationally recognized HERIOT- WATT
University's range of Bachelor of Arts Degrees, over other major
bidders.

School of Higher Education seeks to provide premium quality
tertiary level education, organizational development and
technical solutions, whilst ensuring a rewarding and comfortable
environment conducive to successful productive results for our
stakeholders. OBJECTIVES *To be the first choice for the supply
of management development and technical solution training
through innovative solutions continuously improving
organizations effectiveness, focus, and processes.
TRAINING EXPERIENCE
Between the years 1996
and 2005, School of Higher Education have
trained in excess of 5,000 persons
and conducted over 150 in-house developmental
exercises in numerous Organisations:
Our training programmes
have been developed as public seminars that are generic
in nature or customized training specially designed for
our clients particular needs.
Where training is
to be developed to meet the specific needs of our
customers we will conduct pre-analytical work so as to
ensure the delivery and contents achieve the objectives
of the clients
We have conducted Supply
Chain / Logistics / Materials Management training
interventions throughout Trinidad and Tobago and the
wider Caribbean.
Our Training
interventions are designed as short courses covering
only a few days, medium term covering six (6) weeks to
six (6) months or even up to tertiary level(BA Degreee).
